Still - it's a beautiful day

OK - another spring like day - as it should be -March 30th!!! I was enjoying the Japanese garden when I discovered that once again vandals have had their way with some of the valuable treasures that we call ours -all of ours -including them. It is up setting, sad, puzzling. What do you think? Why do you think that someone is inclined to damage what we all can enjoy? I don't really get it. Damaged - that's what some people are.
